- Two hard copies and one soft copy of the paper on specified topics
have to reach us on or before 03.03.2009 to the Co-ordinator.
Papers received after the due date will not be considered.
Papers to be prepared as per IEEE format. - The papers will be reviewed and the authors of the selected papers
will be intimated by mail/telephone on or before 05.03.2009 - The presentation shall have a maximum allotted period of 10 minutes
followed by 5 minutes of questioning by the judges and audience - Overhead Projector/Multimedia Projector will be available.
- Papers will be selected on the basis of originality of ideas
and its application. - Judges decision will be final.
